Shipping Guidelines
All items are made with the utmost care. Standard processing times is 3-7 business days (weekends & holidays not included).
Custom and wholesale items require more creative time. For this reason please allow between 2-3 weeks for custom and wholesale items to ship.
We do not process orders on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays. All orders placed on those days will be fulfilled the following business day.
Return Policy
Due to the special nature of these items (body adornments) Journey Waist Beads does not offer refunds. However we are more than happy to replace a custom made item.
Your order is eligible for return within 7 days of the delivery (due to a craftsmanship error). We will fix and or replace your item.
We must receive the defective item back in order to fix and or send out a replacement.
There will be no refunds issued due to a sizing error on the customer's part. (ordered too small or too large).
We have sales and promotions often, there will be NO price adjustments, discount codes do not apply to orders previously placed. Orders can not be edited once the order is placed; you will need to make a new order to add additional items. Only 1 discount code per order will work.
We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received. In the event that this happens, please take your tracking number to your local USPS to file a claim. Orders will be shipped to the shipping address that is entered during checkout, we are not responsible for any errors or typos.
