Refund Policy

There will be no refunds issued.

If there was a flaw in the craftsmanship of a custom handmade item I will fix or provide a replacement to you. You will have a 2-week window starting when your item is shipped to request an item be fixed or replaced (due to craftsmanship error).

We must receive the defective item back in order to fix and or send out a replacement.

There will be no refunds issued due to a sizing error on the customer's part. (ordered too small or too large)

 All pre-made items are as-is and can not be altered or changed.
